Smoothies

I have some pretty back digestive tract issues. It’s been since I was teen, maybe earlier, pretty much as long as I can remember. No doctor has ever figured it out in spite of lots of tests run over the years.

A few weeks ago I started making smoothies for breakfast and they are helping immensely. My doctor has no idea why, but said to keep eating them every day because nothing else has truly worked. And they taste good and are pretty healthy.

My Smoothies
3/4 cup cashew and almond milk
1/4 cup coconut water
handful of kale
one spoonful of Spiru-Tein powder
two spoonfuls of plain yogurt
banana + ice or frozen strawberries
